TEACH – the second mark of Mission: teach, baptise and encourage new believers. (Luke 24:36-49 , Romans 12:1-18)
There are two types of teaching in the New Testament: kerygma (proclamation) and didache (instruction). Kerygma is the message of the Good News, while didache is what is expected of us in order to live out the Gospel in our daily lives. To ‘deliver’ didache, we have to find time to get to know God and take strength from kerygma, from the good news that God loves us.
