Christmas Sunday (Isaiah 61:10 to 62:3, Luke)

Christmas Sunday (Isaiah 61:10 to 62:3, Luke)

Christmas Sunday:  27th December 2020 at 10:30am

Faithful action doesn’t always have to depend on having clear answers to all our questions.
Sometimes we have to say yes to God, when the way ahead is not clear.  [RM]

A Christmas prayer:
Father, we don’t pray for more faith; we pray, rather, for courage to exercise the faith we already have. [RM]

When the song of the angels is silent, when the star in the sky is gone, when the shepherds are back with their flocks, then the work of Christmas begins: to find the lost, to heal the broken, to feed the hungry, to release the oppressed, to rebuild the nations, to bring peace among all peoples, and to shine the light of Christ every day in all that we do and in all that we say.  In the name of Christ,  Amen.
