Mothering Sunday, 11am All Age Worship
– Standing at the foot of the Cross
«Mother’s Day is not just about mums; it’s about all those who care for others. […]
For some, Mother’s Day can be very painful […] and my heart goes out to anybody whose love can’t be shared in the way it was meant to be. I pray that you can find a way to use that bottled-up love. Look to God: if anyone understands that pain of wanting to show their love to someone, but being unable to, it’s God.»
«[As we emerge from lockdown] we’re going to have to remember how to be a community again – not just on-line. […] We’ll have days full of grief; we’ll be mourning this year for a long time. But as a family, with God in the centre, we can grow stronger and support each other and our community, to move on and learn from what we’ve experienced.» (KRK, 14th March 2021)
