Hiring the Church Centre
The Church centre is available to hire, either just the Welcome area part or the Worship area (there are restrictions on what this can be used for).

Hiring the Community Hall
The Community Hall complex at St. Timothy’s provides excellent facilities suitable for a wide range of different activities. During the course of the week numerous groups both from the church and from the wider community use the hall on a regular basis. The facilities can also be used for one off events such as parties, day conferences and general meetings. For availability and to make a booking please email the hall manager as below.

Times
We have several regular bookings for various groups, but some of these groups run along school term times and so occasionally these sessions are free. The weekend sessions are most commonly booked for parties and so it is a good idea to check the date(s) you want with the hall manager in good time.

Rates
There is a £10 non-returnable booking fee plus a £20 returnable deposit payable on booking.
- Winter rate (from 1/10 through to 31/3)
- £9 per hour
- Summer rate (from 1/4 through to 30/9)
- £7.50 per hour
Terms & conditions
Users are requested to leave the hall facilities in a similar state to how they found it. Evening activities are to be ended and the hall locked up by midnight. Out of respect for our neighbours, disco music must stop by 11.30pm and the sound levels must not cause a nuisance.
