Hiring the Community Hall – contact 0114 267 0762

The Community Hall complex at St. Timothy’s provides excellent facilities suitable for a wide range of different activities. During the course of the week numerous groups both from the church and from the wider community use the hall on a regular basis. The facilities can also be used for one off events such as parties, day conferences and general meetings. For availability first check the Bookings Calendar (seen on the left hand menu). To confirm availability and to make a booking please email the hall manager as below.

Times

We have several regular bookings for various groups, but some of these groups run along school term times and so occasionally these sessions are free. The weekend sessions are most commonly booked for parties and so it is a good idea to check the date(s) you want in good time. For availability first check the Bookings Calendar (seen on the left hand menu).

Rates

There is a £10 non-returnable booking fee plus a £50 returnable deposit payable on booking (£20 for Childrens’ parties).

Private / commercial bookings: £12 per hour
Charity rate: £5 per hour

Terms & conditions

Users are requested to leave the hall facilities in a similar state to how they found it. Evening activities are to be ended by 11.30pm and the hall locked up by midnight. Out of respect for our neighbours, disco music must stop by 11.30pm and the sound levels must not cause a nuisance.
