Sister Act

All ladies 16 and above are invited to join us for our monthly meeting where we just get together to share some mid month “Time Out”, chat, learn new things and skills, drink tea/coffee, Pinot Grigio, encourage, support and make new friends and generally enjoy a ‘good old time’.

See our programme of events for the forthcoming meetings and please come along (bringing family / friends too) and join us.

Although not essential, where possible it would be helpful if you could let us know in advance (even on the day) if you’re coming along.  Please contact/ leave a message/text Christina on 07935 657254 or Germaine on 07516 974751. Don’t be put off if you forget, we’ll be more than happy to see you.

Some events may require you to bring something specific and/or may incur a different fee than the normal monthly ’subs’ /minimumdonation so please check the programme for details.

Start time for all week day events 8pm (tea and welcome) for 8.30pm prompt start. Finish time 9.30-10pm.

Weekend event times as stated by event information.

Cost /minimum donation as indicated by each session (please talk with Christina, Germaine or any friend member if you need a concession to attend as we would be upset if this prevented you from joining us.)

Programme of events for Summer term 2010

Saturday June 12th ‘SAS’ Sister Act Saturday 1.45-4-45pm Suggested donation £2.50

A time for getting together to Pray, Reflect, Worship and just be still with God as a group or on your own.  These sessions are scheduled for 2-3 times a year and are for all the ladies (not just church members) If you cna’t attend and would like prayer for anything please ring Germaine or Christina or mention it to a friend who will be there.  Cream Tea to finish the session.

Tues June 15th Urban Awareness for Women with Kate Wheatley. Suggested donation £2.50

Please wear comfortable lothes and shoes for this session as there will be some physical activity involved.

Friday 16th July End of term BBQ

Please note change of address for this event. Join us for this social event to chill out or party from 7.30pm til late at Kate and Germaine’s house.  Bring a bottle of whatever you’re drinking.  All food supplied (inc vegetarian options.) Suggested donation £7 each paid in advance where possible please.
